The renovation of this apartment in Psychiko takes place in a 1970s residential block, designed in the spirit of modernist Athenian architecture. The new owners—a couple passionate about art and entertaining—envisioned a home that reflects their lifestyle: open, welcoming, and adaptable.
The existing floor plan, generous in proportions, required only minimal changes to accommodate their needs. The living areas remain bright and white, defined by wooden floors and a few carefully selected pieces. Key elements include the fireplace with handcrafted ceramic tiles, the monastery-style dining table, and a large library. Both the living and dining spaces also serve as exhibition areas for the couple’s art collection, turning the home into a place of living as well as cultural experience.
