This project introduces three residences within the historic core of Spetses. The concept was inspired by the way the town has grown over time, through small additions and subtractions that leave visible traces of different eras. This layering of memory and life became the foundation for a proposal that bridges the past with the present.

The complex is organized as an interplay of solids and voids, with small courtyards and terraces that offer both privacy and moments of connection. Each house enjoys its own outdoor retreat, yet all are linked through a shared atrium. The arrangement of the volumes and their openings create visual escapes toward the sea and the hillside with its cypress trees, blending a sense of shelter and introversion with openness to the landscape.

At the heart of the project lies the atrium, acting as a threshold from the street into each home, but also as a shared space of encounter. It is where residents and visitors pass through before retreating to their private worlds. In this way, the project seeks to balance the intimacy of individual dwellings with the collective spirit that has long defined life in Spetses.

The project  therefore focused on multiple living scenarios, with the aim to fit different identities, needs and habits.
